Day 20-21

Yesterday my family came down form Ohio. So I spent the day with them. just talking bout anything. Ohio sounds nice, I have to visit them up there one day. Stay with my grandmother all weekend messed up my workout. So im spending to day catching up. I need to find premade food to fit my diet/schudule. I’m also worried about this photo competitions coming up. i dont think any of these photos the I made are good. 

Day 10

So, our BVP teacher say he’s going to give the show that we produce to the freshmen. My reaction…not giving a fuck, I put work in that class. its stupid to do that to because they dont know and are not perpare to go out the way to do what we do. I personally think we should just give whole show to my group and be done with it. Moving on, I did some stuff in weight training today, but they do the most, so I’m not going to really put in work till next week. Not to mention eating right has been working out for me. I lost 2 pounds already. All because I changed my diet. I mean it hard to watch everybody else enjoy good food, but hopefully I will see some good results like march. I also am a little worried about  this video contest.the jugdes really are going to test my knowledge of Final Cut. I guess I will just talk to my partner and work out the details. I’m also looking forward to the rehearsal for this film tomorrow. Just to see where we are I’m a know what has to be fix so its cool and going smoothy for now. what need id everyone ti agree to is today filming. that I know it going to be hard.

today’s work out is carido power and resistance. 3 months to get in shape. I think i can do it.


Day 18

Did cardio recovery and feeling much better no pain. thats an good thing. Still working on an better diet.

Day 17

pure cardio and carido abs. covered in sweat. 46 more days. 

Day- 16 

did the pyomectric cardio workout and treadmill for 30min. Being out of school has let me catch up on sleep. I don’t have to wait to late to do it now. But my eating habits could be better. really no excuses now.


Day 15 

Finally out of school so, I should be able to post every day no problem. this morning i did the upper body workout. it wasn’t to bad. But i do feel it when i left up my arms. Also i did much better on my fit test. I’m no longer dreading the rest of the days.

Days- 10-14 

Like always school interferes with my workout and my plans. On these days i gave 30 min on the treadmill. This is finals week so I hope to get back on track with the original insanity workout. I tried to eat right but gained back 6 pounds.

Day 9: sorry forgot to post

I Did do the workout. It was pure cardio. I got to do an better job.

Day 8: another late workout

Last night was the Cardio Power & Resistance. I kept up with in better but not good. School starting to getting in way. Got to do better somehow.

Day 7: late workout

I didn’t for get to post last night. It just that i had got home so late went in to the plyometric cardio circuit right to bed. It was just the some as before. this time I did the warm up nonstop thought.

Day: 6 Change in plans

I decided to take the rest day early so I can catch up on some IB lit. work. So tomorrow I will be doing the plyometric cardio circuit
